Account Register

Only one account is allowed per person, household, or IP address. If multiple accounts are found, all of them will be permanently closed.

• The mobile number and email address provided at registration must remain active.
• Keeping your account password secure is entirely your responsibility.
• You may not allow any third party to use your account.
• If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, please contact 399bid support immediately.
• A government-issued ID (NID or passport) may be required to complete KYC verification.

Deposits & Payments

Deposits on 399bid can be made via Mobile Banking, Nagad, and Rocket. Before depositing, please ensure you are using the correct payment details. 399bid will not be responsible for deposits made using incorrect information.

The minimum deposit is BDT 500 and the maximum single deposit is BDT 1,00,000. Deposits are usually processed within 5–15 minutes. If there is a delay, please contact support.

• Using a third party's bank account or payment method is strictly prohibited.
• If a deposit is unsuccessful, the funds will be returned automatically.
• 399bid may delay transactions for verification purposes if any suspicious activity is detected.
• All transactions are monitored in accordance with international anti-money laundering regulations.

Withdrawal Policy

Your account's KYC verification must be completed before submitting a withdrawal request. The minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 1,000. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 30 minutes to 24 hours.

Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit. For exceptions, please contact support. Bonus funds may only be withdrawn after the applicable wagering requirements have been met.

• The daily withdrawal limit for standard members is BDT 50,000.
• VIP members will have access to higher withdrawal limits.
• Unusual or suspicious withdrawal requests may be subject to delays pending investigation.
• Withdrawal requests will be cancelled if fraudulent activity is proven.

Bonuses & Promotions

The welcome bonus is available on the first deposit only, and each member may claim it once. If the wagering requirements are not completed within the specified time after claiming the bonus, it will be forfeited.

Gaming Rules

If a technical error affects the outcome of a game, 399bid reserves the right to void that round and refund the wager. In the event of a disconnection during a Live Casino game, play will resume from the last verified game state.

• Bets cannot be changed or cancelled once a game is in progress.
• Using bots or automated software to play games is strictly prohibited.
• Any disputes regarding game outcomes must be reported to support within 48 hours.
• In Live Casino games, the dealer's decision is final.

Account Closure & Suspension

399bid may suspend or permanently close your account for any of the following reasons — without prior notice:
